"Colors looked pretty much like the photos, right?"
I ordered from Classy Things and I was quite happy with the color. I wasn’t sure if it would look the same in person, but it matched the pictures really well. Maybe it’s a tiny bit brighter in daylight, but that’s not a bad thing, I guess? It still looks nice and feels like exactly what I wanted. Overall, a good experience

"I got a bag from Classy Things..."
I got a bag from Classy Things a few weeks back and so far it’s holding up really well. I’ve been taking it to office almost every day, and even used it for a short weekend trip when I had to pack in a hurry. The material feels thick and durable, not that flimsy type that starts peeling after a few uses. No loose stitching yet either, even though I keep stuffing my lunch box, charger, keys, and random receipts in it. It looks like it can handle a bit of rough use without looking worn out. Happy with it, feels like it was worth the money...

I ordered from Classy Things for the first time, it went smoothly. I wasn’t expecting anything complicated, and it mostly felt simple enough from the start.

The website was easy to move around, adding items to the cart was straightforward, and checkout didn’t really throw me off at any point. Payment also went through fine, so that was a relief.
I got the order confirmation quite quickly too. Overall, it was a nice experience, and I’d probably order again without thinking too much about it

Overall, it was decent and the product itself was good. I just wish I’d known the delivery would take a little longer than expected, because I probably would’ve ordered earlier. Not a bad experience, but the wait was a bit frustrating.

I ordered this from Classy Things sometime last month, or maybe early this month, I don’t remember the exact date. The product arrived fine and the packaging looked decent, with the tags included and everything. It does seem mostly original, but I had a small doubt because a few details felt slightly different from one I had bought in a store before. Overall it’s not bad, I just wish there was clearer proof of authenticity.

"Tracking Was Surprisingly Easy"
I ordered from classythings.in the tracking was smooth. I got updates on time and could see where my parcel was without getting confused, which was nice. The delivery also showed up around the expected date. Nothing over the top, but it all worked well and I was happy with the experience

I had an issue with my order and support did eventually fix it, so I’ll give them credit for that. The replies were slow though, and at one point I wondered if they were just hoping I’d stop following up. In the end it got handled, but the wait made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be.

well... the item arrived damaged, which was frustrating, and it took quite a few follow-ups before anything really moved. The replacement did finally come through, so it got sorted in the end, but the whole process was definitely slower than I expected.

"Wish the size had worked out"
I had to return a kurti because the size didn’t fit, which was a bit disappointing because I actually liked it. But the return process was really easy. Pickup was arranged the next day, and I got my refund in 3 days. Support also replied quickly on WhatsApp. no headache at all — just wish I didn’t have to return it.
